Oh my goodness! What a cracker of a story! I loved this, from the opening scene - I could practically hear her hair crackle - to the, er, climax ;). The reasons behind Severus's reticence to touch in public were very realistic. I can see the Marauders giving him a hard time about his mother. Your Severus was perfect - reserved and buttoned-up in public, but so passionate in private.
I particularly loved that he was willing to compromise; that he saw that this had the potential to become a sticking point in their relationship.
The Grangers' owl! Dr Who! What a great name - I laughed out loud, for real, and I may or may not have pictured a little owly version of Peter Capaldi...could someone draw that please?
And oh, the smut! Mmmmmmmm! I wish I'd been a fly on the wall while he was having a wank. The opera box sex was exactly what I was hoping for, too! Thank you so much, MA! I can't wait for the reveals now!
